The Cougars traveled to Franklin tonight to take on the Grace Christian Lions in district play. After a slow start and some foul trouble, MTCS found itself down 8 at half-time. The Cougars roared back with a 17-5 3rd quarter to go up 4 going into the 4th quarter. Andrew Adams led the Cougars with 11 of his 14 in the 4th to seal the victory 57-47.
